Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the program on my side?

You can install the program on your own computer — then the storage is yours (MS SQL or PostgreSQL). Cloud storage is for those who don't want to run a server: it all already works on ours.

How does 1C connect to your server?

Via the external IP of your database server. The port is opened only for our server's IP, and the login is read-only.

Can I connect my own Power BI?

Yes: your account has "Database access for BI reports" — an address, a read-only login and SSL.

What if I don't renew?

Data refresh stops, while the data and settings are kept. Renew — and it all works again.

Can I move to my own server later?

Yes: settings and data move to the program on your server — we'll help.
