1C → your database with readable names
In the 1C database tables are called _Reference123 and _Document531 — impossible to make sense of. ETL Sync reads the 1C structure itself, collects the tables you need and writes them to a separate database with readable names. Then anyone can work with the data: an analyst, Excel, web reports or any BI system.
1С 8.2 / 8.3MS SQLPostgreSQLETL SyncBefore → after
Before
- 1C tables in SQL are named _Document531 and _Fld5011RRef — no way to read them without a developer.
- Every time we need 1C data, we ask a developer for an export.
- Queries against the live database slow 1C down for accounting and sales.
After
- The program reads the 1C structure itself: tables and columns get readable names.
- The tables you need refresh themselves in a separate database — even every 5 minutes.
- Everyone works with the separate database. 1C only hands over changes — nobody notices.
How it works
- 1
Connect 1C
Point to the MS SQL or PostgreSQL server holding the 1C database. A read-only login is enough.
- 2
Pick tables
Products, sales, stock — search by name, the program suggests the refresh mode.
- 3
Choose a database
Your MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL — on your side or cloud storage on our server.
- 4
Turn on the schedule
Only changed rows — in seconds. A full check — at night.
What you get
Readable names
The 1C 8.2/8.3 structure is read from the database automatically — no add-ons or exports.
Changes only
Documents and catalogs — by row version (_Version), registers — by recorder.
1C stays untouched
The program only reads the 1C database. No configuration changes.
Ready-made marts
Your SQL query → a ready table for reports, on schedule.
On schedule
Every 5 minutes, hourly or nightly. Connection drops — automatic retry.
