Frequently asked questions

Do I need to change anything in 1C?
No. ETL Sync only reads the 1C database and never changes its data.
Do I need a data processor or an Excel export of the 1C structure?
No. ETL Sync reads the structure straight from the 1C 8.2 / 8.3 database (MS SQL and PostgreSQL): names of catalogs, documents, registers and attributes. The Excel processor stays only as a fallback.
What happens when the license ends?
The program switches to the free Start plan. Data and settings are kept — renew and everything works again.
Can I try it for free?

How does licensing work?
